Please review these terms before requesting service.
Definition of User: "User" means the person requesting service through Grid Towing, including any person who confirms they are the owner of the vehicle or package, or who is authorized by the owner to request and approve service.
When requesting a service, the user agrees that they are the owner of the vehicle or package, or are authorized by the owner to allow services to be performed on the vehicle or package.
The user authorizes Grid Towing to charge the provided payment method for the service fee and any additional fees incurred. Additional fees may include, but are not limited to, after-hours service fees, mileage or kilometer fees for long-distance tows, or storage fees for vehicles held in Grid Towing's possession.
If payment is not received, the user authorizes Grid Towing to take the vehicle or package into its possession and charge additional storage and towing fees.
If payment is not received within 30 days, this agreement acts as a bill of sale for the vehicle or package.
